For more than 25 years, I've worked in the employer-sponsored retirement plan space, serving plan sponsors and participants. What I've learned is that despite the excess of information out there, the dedicated human support that moves the needle is still very limited. Most plan sponsors have access to plenty of tools and resources. What's missing is a true specialist who can minimize the complexity, turn information overload into a clear path and give fiduciary guidance that's always in your best interest.

I have established relationships with many of the industry's most well-known platforms, such as Empower, Voya, Principal, Paychex, Fidelity, Vestwell and Transamerica, but my work is never limited to a preferred or approved list. If your plan is already with a recordkeeper you trust, I can work within that relationship. I hold the CPFA® (Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor) designation through NAPA and the CFS® (Certified Fund Specialist) designation from the Institute of Business and Finance, and I'm the author of 401(k) Plans Made Easy: Understanding Your 401(k) Plan. These credentials reflect my lifelong commitment to retirement plan mastery, providing the technical depth required to help you oversee your plan with absolute clarity.

Outside of work, you'll find me staying active in Huntington Beach, California. Fitness has shaped my life since childhood. I have been teaching group fitness classes for over 30 years, currently serving the YMCA community. I'm also an avid runner with multiple half marathons under my belt and enjoy outdoor roller skating along the coast. At home, I recharge with my beautiful Persian cat, Cali.
